Old Metairie Mediterranean Residence

Inspired by picturesque Alys Beach, LKI incorporated seaside colors of white, sand, apricot, and blues, mingled with plaster details, to evoke a calm sense of space. Layers of native wood tones ground the rooms, creating a cozy environment for everyday living. These layers, combined with Mediterranean and Southeastern US architectural details result in unique and comfortable spaces, rooted in Louisiana, but dreaming of days at the beach.
